Having experienced PND after my third baby, I think Kangatraining is an excellent resource for anybody suffering and their baby to just get out of the house! You don’t even have to converse if you don’t want but you’ll feel so much better within yourself for doing it, I promise 🙂
Emma is so lovely and welcoming. Emma’s classes are just not another exercise class, it’s a community of mothers and their children supporting each other in a healthy, active lifestyle.
Kangatraining is a great way to do some guilt free exercise, because you have you’re baby with you and you don’t have to worry about a crèche or getting someone to look after them. It’s also fun to have a laugh and catch up with your friends while doing something fun.
I’ve had such a great, positive experience attending Kangatraining that I would recommend it to any new mums. I wanted to get out and be a part of something regular with my baby, like a mums group, but I didn’t really find what I was after until I found KangatrainingÂ
Kangatraining is so enjoyable, you forget you are exercising! I’m starting to feel like myself again!
