Fit Mumma Sessions

Strength and conditioning style training that is continually changing. This class is suitable to all fitness levels and is customizable for each individual.

A Fit Mummas Session can include:

  • High Intensity Interval Training
  • Strength Training
  • Functional Fitness
  • Endurance training

Classes are 60min in duration or 45 mins at our 6 am sessions.

When can I start?

You can start when you are 6 weeks post Natural Birth or 12 weeks post Caesarean with clearance to return to exercise at your GP appointment.
