A Total Body Workout

Boxing provides you with a full body workout that is guaranteed to get your heart pumping and those calories burning. Boxing movements partnered with bodyweight movements makes an amazing total body workout.

As Nourish & Flourish Fitness is Post Natal focused, Emma and Prue are able to tailor the class to Post Natal women.

When to Start

You can begin Boxing once you have been given the “all clear” from your health professional to resume exercising postpartum and you feel you are ready for intense exercise. This can be anywhere from 6-10 weeks or slightly longer following a caesarean section. If you are unsure whether this is right for you, please discuss with Emma.

Babies and Children

Please note that this course is a baby and child free zone. These classes are conducted in the evenings to enable Mums to get out of the house and have the much needed “Me” time. Also, for safety, babies and children are not permitted at these sessions.
